I had high hopes based on the gorgeous lobby and overall appearance of the resort, but my stay was disappointing due to the poor condition of the rooms. While the infinity pool and view were stunning, the housekeeping was lackluster at best. The staff were friendly, which was a bright spot, but unfortunately, it could not compensate for the grim state of the accommodations. Overall, I felt that the hotel did not live up to its potential, making it hard to recommend.
